Why should I become a CMGA member?

As the alumni association of the UConn Extension Master Gardener Program, CMGA’s main purpose is to enable graduates of this program to learn more about gardening and related topics, and then share that knowledge with their communities through various gardening projects and horticulture programs. We also host numerous fun and educational events that allow our members to meet and associate with others who have similar interests.

Your CMGA membership dues provide grant money to fellow MGs for approved outreach activities, and also support the UConn Extension Master Gardener Program via scholarships and office stipends. Your dues payments are essential to the continued vitality of the MG program

Visit our Grants and Scholarships page for more information.
