Rosarian Marci Martin led a tour in full costume for members on June 15.

On July 16, private garden tours were held for members at Dr. Pauline Olsen’s Sunken Gardens and Evan Cowles/Brie Quinby Garden in Hartford County.

October: Goodwin Victorian Naturalist Tour

On October 16, Juan Sanchez, Jr., resident education naturalist, conducted a walk for CMGA members and their guests entitled The Victorian Naturalist: A 19th Century Nature Walk.

On July 7, CMGA hosted a free ice cream social at the UConn Farm Tour, held for 2011 Interns and 2010 MG graduates.

Throughout the Year: "Presenting 101" Classes

Tracy Burrell taught over 200 students at her "Presenting 101" Classes held throughout the southern part of the State in 2011. Classes for the northern counties will be held in 2012.
